About the Author Denis Nolan is an experienced market practitioner with over 35 years' experience in the global exchange, money and derivatives markets. Gordon Amos FAIBF FCIB is an international banking consultant, business adviser and lecturer with over 35 years' experience, particularly in treasury, capital markets, risk management and operations. Formerly a senior international banker, he has extensive knowledge of a wide range of banking, which he gained in the UK, Australia, Germany and India.
